Cancellation summary:
-The client can cancel the reservation free of charge up to 30 days before the arrival date.
-The client will have to pay 25% of the total price if he cancels during the 30 days before the arrival date.
-If the Tenant does not cancel his Reservation one month in advance, does not show up on the reservation date or does not pay the agreed rent before said date, the amount paid will accrue to the Owner as compensation for damages.
