-The minimum age of the reservation holder is 20 years old.
-Anyone over 14 years old staying in a tourist accommodation must present valid official identification. Traveler registration is mandatory from December 2, 2024, on the SES.HOSPEDAJES platform. of the Ministry of the Interior.
-Security deposit: €150
-Hand over the deposit at check-in.

• For stays of 10 days or less, the property will be considered a tourist accommodation under a tourist contract (in accordance with Law 9/2024, August 2, and Law 15/2018, June 7, of the Consell GVA)
. • For stays longer than 10 days, the property will be considered a seasonal rental under a seasonal contract (in accordance with Law 29/1994, November 24, LAU, Art. 3, and Royal Decree 1312/2024, December 23).
House's rules:
-Tenants must keep the home in perfect condition during the rental period stipulated by the reservation;
-Make convenient and reasonable use of the means of comfort made available to you (heating, air conditioning,...) and the appliances and furniture in the home;
-Notify the Management Company, in the shortest possible time, in the event of a breakdown, damage or accident that may occur in the home during your stay;
-No smoking inside the house;
-Do not cause inconvenience to neighbors;
-Stag or bachelorette parties or similar parties cannot be held;
-A refundable damage deposit will be required upon arrival. It will be done by credit card. It will be returned to you upon check-out. The deposit will be fully refunded by credit card once the condition of the accommodation has been reviewed.
-Respect the internal regulations of the property, if the home is part of a community, residence or urbanization;
-Tenants will not be able to make any copies of the keys to the rented home;
-Hours of silence: 15:00-17:00 and 22:00-08:00;
-It is not allowed to take photographs and recordings for commercial purposes;
-Instructions for departure: collect used towels, throw away trash, turn off lights and small appliances
