-La edad mínima del titular de la reserva es de 20 años.
-Toda persona mayor de 14 años que vaya a alojarse en un alojamiento turístico deberá identificarse con documento oficial en vigor.
-Depósito de seguridad:150€
-Entrega el depósito en la hora de check in.
-Devolución del depósito: día check out
• Para estancias iguales o inferiores a 10 días será considerada Vivienda turística-Contrato de turismo (Conforme Dec. Ley 9/2024,2 de agosto y Ley 15/2018,7 de junio. Del Consell GVA)
• Para estancias superiores a 10 días será considerado alquiler de temporada-Contrato de temporada (Conforme Ley 29/1994, de 24 de noviembre, LAU, Art.3 y Real Dec. 1312/2024,23 diciembre)
House's rules:
-Tenants must keep the home in perfect condition during the rental period stipulated by the reservation;
-Make convenient and reasonable use of the means of comfort made available to you (heating, air conditioning,...) and the appliances and furniture in the home;
-Notify the Management Company, in the shortest possible time, in the event of a breakdown, damage or accident that may occur in the home during your stay;
-No smoking inside the house;
-Do not cause inconvenience to neighbors;
-Stag or bachelorette parties or similar parties cannot be held;
-A refundable damage deposit will be required upon arrival. It will be done by credit card. It will be returned to you upon check-out. The deposit will be fully refunded by credit card once the condition of the accommodation has been reviewed.
-Respect the internal regulations of the property, if the home is part of a community, residence or urbanization;
-Tenants will not be able to make any copies of the keys to the rented home;
-Hours of silence: 15:00-17:00 and 22:00-08:00;
-It is not allowed to take photographs and recordings for commercial purposes;
-Instructions for departure: collect used towels, throw away trash, turn off lights and small appliances
